On The Radio

Is it time to jump on the Obama band wagon? I'm holding out hope for Hillary to pull off a last minute miracle. We'll see. If only Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton were lesbian partners. I'd love for Hillary to be President and Michelle to be First Lady, or would that be First Lesbian?

Why is Karl Rove back now? Didn't he do enough damage in the last election? Karl, please go away!

If you ever find yourself in El Paso, Texas and you're staying near the airport or if you're staying on the other side of town for that matter you HAVE to eat at The Cattle Baron. I'm not sure if it's a chain but I always eat there when in El Paso. They have the best steaks and seafood and an unbelievable salad bar and you all know how much I love a good salad bar. Hell, I love any restaurant that let's me go up and pile heaps of food on a plate time after time. Remember it, The Cattle Baron!

It's almost time for my Mexican cruise. Just three more days of work and it's time to sit back with a cold tropical drink and let the sun beat down on my white-ass body. It'll be relaxation at it's finest.

The Sound Of Music

Music has always played a huge role in my life. I never go anywhere without it. I may not always know the lyrics to a particular song but that's ok because it's about so much more to me. Don't get me wrong, there are some songs that the lyrics hit home for me but underneath the words is the actual music itself.

Music moves me in ways I can't explain. The sound of a piano or the strum of a guitar evoke thoughts and images in me that are beyond words. The feeling I get when I hear the thump-thump of a dance track are energizing and invigorating. I do my best thinking with just music playing in the background. My thoughts are clear and collected. I make decisions much better.

Remember, I am the one who flew to London for just 48 hours just to see Kaiser Chiefs live.
