June is always a crazy month. This specific June has been no exception. I've had or have plans every weekend this month. A move, wedding, visit from mom, pride and a vacation have all been squeezed into a 30 short days.
We moved to our new apartment on June 1, my friends Jill and Nick tied the knot on the 9th, my birthday was on the 13th, my mom came for a visit this weekend, we are going to Indiana to babysit the niece this week, Pride rolls into town next weekend, and finally we leave for London on the 26th.
June is always my favorite month but it always seems so damn hectic. Before I know it Pride is here, signaling the start of a slower month, July. This year, I've got a great vacation to the UK to look forward to to help me unwind from the chaos of June.

The Needle In The Gay Stack
This past Thursday we moved into our new apartment. Our friends Bryant and Terina helped me load the U-haul up until Adam got home from school. They don't know how much we appreciate their help!
Aside from moving itself, things went pretty smoothly. The only exception was trying to get our sleeper sofa into our new place. The sleeper part came out a few times causing me to use a few choice words but otherwise, it was mostly seem less.
It's now Sunday and it looks like we've lived here for months. Adam deserves all the credit for this as he loves to organize and decorate, which is fine with me.
